Does anyone here have the eagle ?
I do not. As I understand it, and from looking at it closely, it is nothing more than a Griffin with coil heads. As I already have both Griffins (and both Geminis negating the need for top air Griffins), I'm giving the Eagle a pass. I would be interested in hearing... uhm... reading... any one else's thoughts.

Hi all... Been a silent reader all these time and decided to join and contribute to the community...

Grab a Merlin a couple of weeks back. Like the flavour so far, but not so much about leak and seepage. Sometimes it's just a little bit other times is a lot worse. And keep reading a lot of what others do to fix their problem.

I got a new Merlin I think, since my JFC is not circle, and wondering why I got this problem when it suppose to be not. So a couple of days back I tinkering with the wicking which I think had cured my leaking/seepage problems. So hopefully it can cure some member who still got the same problem with their Merlin.

So here's what I did (the picture is what my merlin looks like after a couple of refills)
image.png

I make sure my wick is stay clear from touching the deck with Airflow, I marked it with the red arrow above.

and for the wick on the juice channel, I just gently pushed it up the top circle part until I can see the Juice hole got no wick left and check back the wick again on the center to make sure it still not touching the deck with Airflow, and make adjustment if they do touching.
image.png

and after 2-3 refill I noticed the wick is coming down half circle.

So far its great, I even try to refill without closing the JFC and no leaking.
I don't know if this will work for some of you who got these problems, but hopefully it does.

ps : Sorry if my english is far from perfect, english is not my main language
Welcome! Nice job on wicking.

No idea but for the sake of an extra $6 i would get one from subtank supply.Free shipping and it will be at your door in a couple of days plus they have great customer service, they are based in Kentucky.
I just got one from subtank supply and it was a v1.5. New base but v1 of the rest.

Did any of you get yours from efuntop?
Just wondering if they have the latest version.

Yep I ordered from efun.top and it is the latest one.

I got 2 of the SS in my cart that I plan to order next week.

I got one from STS, and one from Eciggity. Both excellent service and quick shipping, maybe an extra 2 day wait on delivery with Eciggity. OTOH, I had some questions for customer service at eciggity, and found them helpful and extremely quick to respond. STS might very well have the same excellent CS, I just haven't tried it so I can't judge it. I've also gotten other tanks from eciggity and again always happy.

STS is closer to me for shipping though so standard mail shipping does arrive faster.

STS and eciggity are basically double the price:

I have plenty of hardware to keep me busy, so a 2 week wait is no problem. I am happier when it arrives if I have to wait. I ordered an RX200 on 7/6 with free priority shipping for $27 from Code 3 Vapor (US), and they also threw in a free Rta. Postal tracking shows it was picked up the same day, and they must have lost it because no other info is shown. So sometimes shipping front China is faster..... Anyway I'll be happier when it finally gets here!

My latest wick is working great. I put more wick in the holes than I've seen in other people's pics but it's still wicking well and not leaking at all yet.
I fill my holes completely with my 100% PG. I tried them half closed and they flooded.

The one with round holes works the same. I really don't think it makes any difference at all.

They changed the juice hole punch size after several complaints of dry hits, assuming the holes were the limiting factor. However, the one I got from STS had a swapped out new base with rectangular/oblong holes, with the "original" round on the chimney. The one from eciggity was a v2 with oblong on both chimney and base. I can't tell any difference, and never had a dry hit from either.
