Micro coil question

I'm sure this has been addressed here, but can you use 32ga Kanthal to make micro coils? It's all I have on hand and I really wanna give it a shot. Thanks!

Yes, I do. You get more coils wrapping on a 1/16. I do prefer 28 gauge but bought 100 ft of 32 when I started out.

It works best with lower ohm coils.

Yep, like Karen said. You can use any gauge you like. 30 is my favorite but I like that 27 ga is easier to work with cause its t h i c k.
