Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

I got the cotton working today, is the vapor supposed to come out even after I take the hit? I keep blowing on it and more vapor keeps coming out. It doesn't really look singed. I wish my atty wasn't 2.7 ohms though because even with a microcoil it doesn't hit that great. I wrapped 10 times over a 1/16 with 30 gauge and it was 2.7 ohms... That seems too high.

28swg dual coil - 1.8mm diameter
17 wraps - 3.36 and 3.34 individually
1.63 ohms combined.
Confused as they won't glow at all.
Fresh AW IMR 18650
They are getting hot as they smoke if you smear juice on them.

Anyone know why they don't glow ?

I think, just think, maybe your battery needs to pedal faster to make all that wire glow. Try a bullwhip.

Does it vape ok if you take a long pull?

That's a lot of wire, and on a mech (which I'm assuming you're using?) 8-10 watts isn't gonna cut it. Try a variable device to up the watts if you have one, or lessen the wraps lower the resistance.

I haven't vaped it as i always just the coils on the mini kayfun then if ok I transfer them to the IGO before putting wick in them but couldn't be asked to move them as they weren't glowing.

As long as it makes vapor I'd try it anyways, just to say you've vaped on a 34 wrapped RBA lol. Probably take a looonngg pull to get a good vape unless you up the power.

Yes, vapor rolls out of mine after I am finished hitting it. What pg/vg blend are you using? I made a 3.1ohm that produced great vapor.

hey, JE, what size air holes did they give you? Did you enlarge? Sweet looking build, my man!

So I measured them and they are just a hair under 1mm. But it honestly does pull like a 3mm hole would its airy but not that airy.

I actually measured how high the post were and where the 3 airholes height was I am thinking about having it in half to remove the 3 and drill one on each side.

So . . . . . . I made a sincere effort to grasp what you just wrote . . . . . . no go.

My bad stupid phone and late night posting. Lol.

The 3 airholes are about .8-.9 mm each. While it is an airy draw it doesn't seem like it is that close to 3mm total.

The second part I was saying I am thinking about hacking the Atty up to shorten it and get rid of the 3 holes on 1 side. They are in the middle and after measuring the height of the posts u deer the hood. There is enough there to cut it down and drill new holes on both sides.

Does that make more sense Pdib

i think i read somewhere that three 1mm holes doesnt equal a 3mm hole. makes sense to me but the geometric reasoning escapes me at the moment. and while ive never tried a 3mm hole, i have tried the below atty and i imagine a 3mm hole to be more airy then this one:

3 x 1mm air holes equate to a 1.72mm diameter single hole.

I've been reading this thread for a couple of weeks and on my second attempt at a microcoil set up on my mini RDA it's working like a charm.

The first time I tried I made it really small, wrapped on a 20ga luer-lock blunt tip, and I couldn't get enough wick in there to keep up with the coil.

The next time I did 10 wraps of 32ga kanthol around a 16ga luer-lock blunt tip, came out to 2.8 ohms. Using a Q-tip for the cotton wick. At first I had made the coil a little high for the mini RDA air hole and I wasn't getting alot of vapor but tons of flavor, this kinda made my lungs feel wet though. So I gently pushed the coil down as far as I could without touching the base and it's vaping really nice.

Thanks. The reason I was asking was, as a lazy man, my thought was to either ignore the center hole (it being rather small) and enlarge the two, or enlarge the center and add one on the other side. But it was just a passing thought; and now I feel bad about us two using up all these letters over it. (especially the "a" and the "n") :(
