Why thank you. Yes I did. I have seen some much nicer ones. I justed wanted something functional that was quick & simple to make so that is how they ended up. I used acetal (delrin) cause it machines very quick & easy. I made a couple without threads for quick changes & some threaded for making builds easier.

I suppose. But I think I read something about not being able to sell something here that I made more than so many times in a period unless I become a forum supplier or something like that. A forum supplier I am not, I make many custom items that I occassionally sell & mod work on other forums. I haven't been here long, don't want to get the attention of any mods. Guess when I start to make some Ti drip tips to start they will only have to be for me.

Anyways, Phiniac sells 510 stand by Siam Mods, they look great & at that price it's really not worth me trying to sell these delrin ones. People may easily cross thread them because of the soft material & fine threads. Not sure on the size but the oring is just used to give friction on the RBA so that it can positioned in a specific orientation (the air hole). I don't use RM2s but I use orings for the same reason.

I can't live without a lathe & mill now. I started with a HF mini lathe with the intention to only make heatsink for custom flashlight mods. Now I don't even touch flashlights & I play with stuff I never expected to get into. You won't regret getting one although your wallet and/or wife will.....

Hey guys just stumbled across this thread today at work. Couldn't wait to try this! Here's my first attempt. I wrapped 10 wraps with 30 gauge kanthal around a 1/16 inch nail and rolled up some cotton on my IGO-L(this thing is beast). The flavor is definitely different... the only way I can describe it is cleaner... somewhat more "pure?"
