got one of these coming (along with the microstick): MicroDrip (shipping within 2 weeks) - Mini ECIG

First time getting into dripping/mech mods after researching/wanting to do it for months. I've got AW IMR 18350 batteries and plan on building a 1.0-1.2 ohm micro coil using 28 AWG kanthal and organic cotton. After all my reading/research, I'm asking you guys cause I want to make it'll be safe. (I have 3 different meters/testers...paranoid, right? lol)

I just need another human being to tell me I'll be alright. lol.

And if anyone has a MicroDrip atty, let me know about your builds! I'd love to see some pictures.

Man that thing would be ideal for the vaporshark DNA30. Nice find!

I do believe 18350s are of a larger diameter therefore any mod you put them in will be thicker than that dripper you wanna get. In fact I'm 100% sure.

Just from a form factor perspective. Get a 22mm diameter dripper. If you wanna rock those 18350s in something. ..at a low wattage/ low amp draw.

Personally I'd say order a vaporshark dna30. It's narrower than 22mm. So that 16mm wide dripper you got your eye on will look goooood.

OP is putting the RDA *in* a Microstick.

As for the intended build, the AW should be fine. You'll only be pulling a hair over 4A with a 1ohm build. The new AW 18350s are good for 12A.

thanks inswva! I just felt like I was over thinking it way too much and needed some sort of human interaction to confirm what i already knew. lol.

Rory...not really looking for an electronic device (got too many already) I've been rebuilding coils for the sub tank mini and wanted to get into mechs cause I think they look pretty awesome.

I chose the Microstick and Microdrip because:
1.) i think they look pretty awesome
2.) didn't want a clone
3.) reasonably priced for authentic mechanical mods
4.) I wanted to start with smaller batteries so I'm not tempted to build any sub ohm coils on an unregulated mod. (did I mention I was overly paranoid? lol)
