Midas - Cinnamon Roll

This no way reflects how I feel about VapeRev - In my opinion VapeRev is one of the finest Vapor Shops that I've been to in Southern California.

Smell: Sweet Cinnamon Delight!

Vapor Production: 6.5/10 - 60pg/40vg blend - wasn't expecting thick clouds like a 90vg/10pg would produce, but it's middle of the road, nothing to write home about. Not poor, not excellent - just mediocre. Works great on dual coils running at .6Ω - .8Ω - still getting big clouds at that level of resistance.

Taste: 0/10 - I was hoping for so much, I love Epic juice's Apple Jax - EJ's Apple Jax is one of the best ejuice's I've ever had - and is my daily vape along with a few others. I'm a fan of cinnamon, and pastry juices. However, this one for some ODD reason tastes 100% like you put one of those latex rubber gloves doctors wear in your mouth. lol. I know sounds crazy - but that is exactly what it tastes like, rubber mixed with some type of medical powder. On the exhale there's even a slight hint of menthol. I have no idea why they would put that in there, if it was intentional, or just a sheer mess-up, but who wants a minty exhale of a cinnamon roll? I mean if the juice was labeled Mint Cinnamon Roll, or Menthol Cinnamon Roll, I'd understand.

Now to be fair, I should steep this out a month at least since it tastes so God awful, but I don't think steeping this for 7 years could ever bring out the flavor, this one was messed up from the get go. Midas - Please work with an employee who's actually experienced other high rated Cinnamon juices, try to reverse engineer it and add your "Midas" touch to it, I mean heck, Maybe just find someone who's eaten a cinnamon roll in their lifetime, and then take a vape on your juice... then honestly look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if it's a product you should be charging actual currency for. This flavor is so bad I may only keep it to pull pranks on my friends with.

I'm normally a very optimistic and positive reviewer of juice, but this one is by far the worst juice I've ever tasted. It's got me to the point where I feel ripped off. This is right there w/ that fraudulent brand "Alien Vapor" who made a knockoff of Boba's Bounty and tried to make some cash just by creatively buying up URL and Search Engine terms to fool newcomers to thinking they have the right juice. Midas has great juices, this is just one. And this one has to go.

I know that was a scathing review, but has anyone had a better experience with this juice? I've tried it in numerous devices /attys / RBAs / RDAs / Tanks / Wick types / Mesh types... nothing. 100% awful.

So my Midas Cinnamon Roll has been steeping for over 1 month, and the flavor has changed dramatically (in my opinion).

It has definitely changed for the better.

Now I would re-rate this juice:

Taste: 7/10

It must have been a super freshie batch I received at VapeRev, because that rubber glove tasting flavor was very, very strong. It was far more powerful than any flavor I tasted, it completely muted the Cinnamon Flavor/Pastry Flavor.

Now the cinnamon flavor is there!

To me a 7/10 flavor score is for a juice that is good, not terrible. Originally I wrote 0/10, the only reason why I gave it a zero was because the cinnamon roll flavor was not present at all (again, in my opinion). Flavor is totally subjective, and batches are never the same. I haven't tasted any other juices from Midas, but now I will definitely buy a few more to see if maybe this flavor is just an odd-ball out of the bunch. My daily vape is a cinnamon juice, so the bar was set really high, which probably wasn't fair to Midas, but I wanted to be considerate, and my intention was not to bash a Juice Company. Any juice VapeRev sells is a decent brand, because I know they only want to carry quality ejuices to match with their quality devices they sell.

That being said, I think if you used to be a Menthol smoker, you may really like Midas's Cinnamon Roll. Why Menthol? Because I get an ever-so slight minty exhale.

I was recently messaged by Midas on here about my initial review - Again, to reiterate, I truly felt the flavor was way off from a cinnamon roll, granted that was day 1 i purchased it, over 30 days later, the flavor has defiantly come to life. Is it the best cinnamon roll flavor out there? in my opinion, no. Is it a pleasant vape? defiantly. Do i need to let it steep? I have no idea, but it sure helped my bottle. Was this a "defective" bottle? No i don't think so.

I'm really looking forward to trying their Lemonade flavor, I've heard so many good things about it, the Ben Johnson guys turned me on to their Lemonade flavor.

I've noticed that almost all brands have 3-4 juices that are their flagship products, and the others are good to okay to bad. I'm not writing the brand Midas off, I want to be fair, I'm not trolling their brand on a forum, but genuinely I wasn't happy with my first 2-hour session of Vaping it. A month later I will say, It is much, much better. Always give a juice a month or so to sit if at first you did not like it, you may surprise yourself.

In my experience, juice has never gone from a zero to anything good really... I honestly can't imagine steepeing a cinnamon roll that long - they are typically good to go...

anyway, you seem like a conscientious person who truly gave this juice a chance...

I am just not of the opinion that many juices need much steeping... perhaps this is one of them

I've seen midas around and they do ask a premium I believe... a boutique juice... I'd really like to know what they use for flavorings...
