I have placed six orders with them for hardware and ejuice. All orders are shipped promptly, email confirmation of order and also when it ships is sent with tracking number.
All my orders have arrived in two business days, complete and well packed.

I have had two issues with malfuntioning hardware which were resolved with a single email to them. Replacement parts were sent out with out question.

Over all Midwest Vapor receives a 9 out of 10 with me. The only thing holding them back from a ten is the amount of product they have for sale. I'm not sure if it is the Chinese New Year holiday or what but the ecig kit selection is limited to 510's only.

You won't find a better deal on Dekang ejuice anywhere at .27 cents/ml and the stuff kicks.

I looked at their site too and was dismayed by their lack of selection. If you are looking for attys, accessories, try Rocky Mountain Vapor, I've had great luck with them. Their attys all work. If you are looking for liquid, there are so many places out there that provide more variety in bottle size, flavors, etc. Just go with the places that make their own, instead of the resuppliers.
myfreedomsmokes (tobacco flavors)
nhaler
cignot
besteciggy (VG)
American eliquid (VG)
Ms. Ts Bakery (non-tobacco flavors and a choice of PG mixed with VG)
Tasty Vapor
I haven't tried these but heard a lot of buzz about Johnson Creek, Halo (menthols)
