Anyone else here notice a difference in the frequency or intensity of their migraine headaches after they started vaping?
I used to get migraines several times a month, often 2-3 a week if I was stressed or not sleeping enough. Since I put down the cigarettes and started vaping, I've had less than a dozen migraines in four months. When I do get them, they are less intense and of shorter duration than they ever were before -- in the past, I would be knocked out for the day with blind spots and parts of my body numb. When I get them now, I can still function -- sometimes even without painkillers. That is amazing for me, after having debilitating headaches since I was 14 years old. Not sure if the two are related, but it's the only change in my lifestyle I can really point to.
Kinda makes sense, I think. Smoking constricts your blood vessels, and that constriction is at least part of the problem in migraine headaches, or so I hear. And any one of those 4,000 chemicals could be a trigger for some people.
