I suffer from chronic daily migraines. Sometimes they get so bad for such a long period of time that I can't and don't vape for a day or more. My cravings can get strong because my PV is relaxing but in reality nicotine exacerbates the migraines. Although on the brighter side since I started vaping and quit smoking my migraines have decreased significatly and is also probably why I was unable to go back to smoking. I may have had it easy but it had a price.
I also find it not possible for me to vape before noon (lunchish perhaps?) as I don't know if I am 'migraine vulnerable' for that moment and the nicotine will initiate the migraine if I am. Now ironicly if it's after noon and my beta-blockers have kicked in and I vape casually I find that I do not get migraines. This could be coincidental too. Actually thinking back there might be a correlation between morning vaping and waiting for my beta-blockers to kick in. I'm not too sure, nicotine withdrawel could play a part perhaps but having migraines can make me fuzzy headed to figure this out. (at the time of writing this I am recovering from one thus finally decided to post on it)
There are too many variables here and I wanted to know if anyone else is in my position to discuss our daily challenge, how we cope and nicotine's role in our life whether it truly benefits us or not.
