Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

I just hit a brick wall with my low tank mod. When I buy tools I usually buy two of everything, especially things like taps, dies and drill bits, just in case. Unfortunately, I only had one #56 bit and managed to break it. I was in a hurry trying to finish the bottom cap up. To add insult to injury the broken bit is stuck in a small cleat for the battery door hinge so I have to duplicate that as well. Now I'm stuck waiting for more bits so maybe I'll start on the Hammond-DNA200.
Ugh! I've had those days, about that time I'd have to walk away for a while LoL. If you have a 3/64 bit (.0469), it's very close to a #56 (.0465).
1/16" is the smallest I have other than the #52 for clearance holes for #0 screws. I just ordered a pile of bits, and more taps. Just have to wait for the person-person to deliver the person.
hey bob, I'm def with you on wanting a dna40 type chip that works with escribe for a single 18650 solution too, but it's def not impossible to make a squonker with a dna200 that's not too huge, especially now with 2s capability, and your perception of comparable mah is way off. for example a 800 mah cell used in a 3s config winds up giving you the equivalent of 2,400mah 18650. actually it winds up being even more than that because of the lipo's better discharge curves, so an 800mah 3s will outlast even the best 18650.
I'm running my dna200 squonker on a 1,000 mah battery right now and it lasts all day and then some, fully drains a full 6ml reo bottle with power left to spare after it's bone dry... don't fool yourself with the 18650's, there great but lipo's are not worse really, just different and the excess power available from the dna200 means that the vape is awesome, no more lag, just instant vape... I'm only over 40 watts for the first second or 2 but that alone makes a really nice difference, now a 3 second hit is instant clouds, so much more snappy... 200 may be a bit much but honestly after using this thing for a while now the dna40 seems anemic in comparison even though I'm still really vaping below the 40 watt mark for the most part
this thing really isn't big, it's actually smaller than my dna40 squonkers
fits my hand well with the 1,000 mah pack but it's a bit thick, with the 600's it winds up almost tiny 
here's how I fit 3 600mah cells in there, I made a T shaped pack to save space, one cell fits between the bottle and the chip. I'm hoping this 600mah pack runs through a whole 6ml bottle, I think it should for the most part which would be great

Wow, that is nice work, if I tried that I'd have a pile of screwed up aluminum blocks LoL. The box I'm working on right now I was thinking it would be neat to put the screen on the side like that, did you use an extension for the screen ribbon to reach around the corner?

It's almost magical how you pack all that and a squonk bottle in something so small

willy the screen off to the side and horizontal is so easy, you don't even have to fold the cable, just kinda flop it over and it falls off to the side just like this. I like it much more than the vertical screen, the screen would have been covered by my palm in use if it was between the buttons, like this it's easy to see, and I also noticed it's easy to watch your reflection in a mirror to view the watts real time. with the dna200 in the software you can turn the temp warning flashes off, so you can watch the actual watts it reduces to in real time as it controls the temp. excellent for tuning builds
yeah bob, I know building all the parts from scratch isn't something I guess anyone can do, but with all the 3d printing stuff going on now a days I'm sure more compact designs will come for this chip soon enough.
guys gotta stop using huge batteries and work on shaving space wherever they can. just showing an example of what's possible with the dna200. this is only one variation, I'd like to build something really thin and a bit wider, kinda like a billet box type profile to be slimmer in the pocket.
these 600mah sticks are awesome, in 3s config it will give better battery life than many high drain 18650's at 1,800mah but with a much better discharge curve. 3 of these stacked are 18mmX21mmX60mm, shorter than an 18650 and only 3 mm wider in one direction. 3mm thicker, that's it. if the woodie was possible to make 3mm wider I would have stuck these in there and been done
now if you stack 4 of them and wire them in 2s2p then you'll have equal to 2,400 mah, but again with much better curve. this would be a pack that's only 14mm thick. 4 stacked 2 an 2 would be a pack that's ~ 14mmX36mmX60mm. 2s config limits you to ONLY 133 watts I can live with that considering it'd have much better usable battery life than any 18650 out there. with the cells being separate you can move them around too for better space distribution, like my T cell pack
dna200 squonkers can be small using batteries like this and I'm sure there are other small capable cells out there too. only real difference is you'll be wiring up and assembling your own packs instead of using pre packed packs.

So I finally received my 3D print from i.materialise. First impressions are that the polishing is better than Shapeways, but not as nice as Sculpteo. The biggest issue is a lack of uniformity in the dye with some spots along the top that clearly are not dyed uniformly, resulting in bleed through of the white polyamide base. Another issue is that this was supposed to be in their blue polished polyamide, but it really appears to be purple. I've sent them an email asking for clarification on whether they messed up and did this in purple or if their blue really is this color. For now, I am still most impressed with Sculpteo's quality and coloring. With Sculpteo's economy shipping option, their cost isn't that much more than i.materialise and the product is a little better with Sculpteo. Both are considerably better than Shapeways. I just now have to decide if I'm going to build this or ask i.materialise to print a new one (assuming they got the color wrong).

I've got that same one coming, I think. Uploaded to Sculpteo and used store credit for part payment.
Is there a way to calculate battery life in watt hours for a given battery at the watts you'll be vaping at? I know it would be general and dependent on variables but I wonder if there is a way to get an idea what battery to recommend for say, a cloud chaser, someone who vapes at higher watts and is asking "How many hours can I get out of this XYZ battery?"
ETA: I should have added, this would be for a lipo running a DNA200. Got a guy who asked me to consider building him a mod like mine, it was apparent from the brief converstation he wasn't versed in the DNA200 mods running off li-po's. Because it was an unexpected request I didn't think to ask what watt range it would be vaped at, he did mention it would make a cool "competition mod." When I go back to talk to him again and get an idea what the watt range he's thinking about, I'll need to have an idea what size battery I'd be looking at and what size box I would fit in. I doubt he would be happy with the battery life in either the 1000 or 800 mAh mods I have built.

battery-watt-hours / vaping-watts = vape-time-in-hours will be close as it is 97% efficient and you save power when the temp limit cuts in @SlickWilly
I can't answer that yet, I have yet to use it all day because I switch out to my other mods and I have recharged a few times long before it was needed. I really don't have that many hours on it yet, I've been vaping on small tanks like the pro tank II for years. I bought a sub-ohm tank about a week ago for the 200, it's going to take me some time to make a full switch over to something like that.
