Mini fogger compatible with the 306?

Are the mini fogger's parts compatible with the 306?

They look to be about the same size, and I was thinking the mini fogger was just a rebanding of the 306 much like the dura c is Janty's version of the 510.

Not only is the Mini Fogger compatible with the Joye 306, it is also fully compatible with the 510.
