Mini Protank 2 on EVOD random no vapor issue and possible solution

I bought a Protank 2 for my EVOD yesterday. Tried it at the shop and worked fine at first, then after taking it off and topping it, it wouldn't give any vapor. We fiddled around with it a bit and it started working so we just shook hands and I went on my merry way.

Today I top it off once more and no vapor. Took it off, verified that everything was set in place correctly. The battery sizzles on it's own but doesn't give any vapor when hooked up to the tank.

I screwed everything back together once more and shook it. A big bubble floated out of the coil area and then it would work.

The coil area design is different and a bit more restrictive on the Mini protank 2 than the stock EVOD clearomizer, and sometimes when you put too much juice in it, the juice doesn't seem to flow all the way down to the wick.

You just gotta shake it a bit or stand it upright on the battery until the juice bubbles down to the coil and it should work perfect.

ive noticed that with this RGM2 also. if you fill it ALL the way to the post tip, you get no juice suction and eventualy dry hits.

just try doing a few primer puffs on a full tank untill it works its way to normal.

Yep. Primer puffs and you should see a bubble float up. I also get the no vapor issue if the center pin in the battery is too low or the center pin in the mini protank is pushed into the atomizer too far.

Yep, no bubble, you got trouble. Airlocked or juice is too thick for stock wick. I cut pipe cleaner pieces to put in center tube when filling and push it up from the drip tip end. They are pretty good at picking up any excess juice that might cause airlocks.
