So, i have three of these from FT. Only one was perfect out of the box. I am running it on an EGO C 900mah and an Evod 650 mah, no problems. :vapor:

With the other two, i took em apart, cleaned em, checked the seals/gaskets reassembled....nothing. Changed the coils (1.5ohm). Nothing.

any ideas? Attached a pic.

Is that with a 510/eGo adapter in the picture?
Try without the adapter?

Chances are it is a center pin issue; maybe the atomizer is not screwed in enough or the battery center pin is pressed in.

With a full mod like a vamo, sid, svd, zmax etc you'd see on the screen whether you had a short or whether the apv was even seeing the atomizer.

With just the battery, to figure out if the coil is fireing you can hold it up to your ear and fire the coil and listen for the sound of it

I'd check those coils with a multimeter.

Anyway there is something wierd about that picture.

The I can see the eGo threads on the battery but the miniprotank uses those eGo threads so it seems to me there's a 510-to-510/eGo adapter sitting on top the battery and the miniprotank is screwed onto the adapter.

That doesn't look anything like my Kanger Mini Protank 2?? Is that a Mini Aerotank clone?

The pin on the tank is the positive connection and the outter ring (which seems to be missing from the tank you have pictured) is the negative connection. both need to be connected for the electricity to flow. It is not assembled in the package you recieve from Kanger and needs to be. Is it possible you did noit recive the outter ring? See my pics as to what ot should look like.
