OK so I've tried all three on the new Twist.

CE5- reliable, but doesn't knock my socks off.

EVOD- nothing but trouble so far. Leaking at the battery connection. Gurgles. Flavor and vapor are...meh. I really really wanted to like this one since by most accounts it's the Holy Grail. But at this point I'm not that impressed. Maybe it's me and I'm doing something wrong. I'll keep fiddling with it.

Mini Vivi Nova- Good flavor, good TH, nice vapor. Reliable, but it burns through juice. And IMO it looks great. I keep coming back to this one.

I still have an iTaste VV battery and some iClear 16's coming, so we'll see how those compare.

PS- I love the Twist. MUCH better battery than I was using (808). Glad I made the move up to VV. And man when you whip out a Twist with a mini vivi nova on it at a bar, you get some looks LOL.

That sounds like a coil issue. First thing I'd do is replace the flavor wicks. I use cotton cheesecloth rolled to a diameter slightly thicker than the existing silica flavor wicks. I made the mistake once of removing them, thinking it would help solve a dry hit issue I was having with a 100% VG juice. Oops. Juice everywhere. Replaced with the cheesecloth and no more leaking and the wicking issue on the viscous juice was fixed.

When replacing the coil in the base, make sure it's tight. Don't finger tighten--use some small nosed pliers and make sure it's on there good.

ETA: Oh, and when filling the Evod, make sure you don't get the liquid level over the end of the center tube, and make sure you're pouring juice down the side.

I've never had a leaking problem with a genuine Kanger Evod that I didn't cause by my own fool self.

In the beginning, I thought the Ce 5's and 6's were the ....z--then I tried a vivi nova :) They are consistent and deliver a nice TH.
But I must say, I did purchase a couple of mini vivi's and one seems to be leaking, not sure what the deal is there??

I heard all the raves about the EVOD, and I just got mine as well and it is leaking? Only purchased two and bought some replaceable heads, so I changed em out, and yep, still leaking? Not a "fiddler" here, so I am not real sure what is going on with these?

I just received some Kanger T3's and they are cleaned and waiting to be tried out.

I am sticking with the vivi's for now, they are my go to delivery devices :D

You can also use a pinch of cotton from a qtip. Allow 15 minutes to soak. Cotton taste will go away in a few minutes.

I have never, ever had a leaking problem with a genuine Evod that I didn't cause myself.

You said that you're not a fiddler, but there are a few things you can try without taking too many steps on that slippery slope.

Make sure your new coils aren't cross threaded with the base and they're snugly tightened. Finger tightening is usually not enough. Use some needle nose pliers and make sure it's on there nice and tight.

Then make sure the base itself is tightened securely to the Evod body. This is especially important if you're going in and out or getting any other large temperature swings. These things are made of metal and plastic, both of which respond to temp changes differently. If it's a good connection, it'll probably hold up. If it's loose at all, it might not as the base might expand more rapidly than the tank itself.

I like the ViVi's too. They're nice devices.

But again, I've never had a leaking problem with genuine Kanger Evods or MT3S tanks that I didn't cause myself.
