:evil:Well I am on my fourth Wet box this time a 5v and this only actually lasted a whole day at work. I wake up this morning load in nice fresh batts and fill up the bottle and it runs for 2 minutes and now it is DEAD. I love the idea of these things and the 5v while it was working was fantastic. But..... I would highly recommend against buying these things because they dont last. For all the money I spent, I could have bought a Reo which i guess is what I will have to do now. NOTE: Bruce rocks nd took care of me after the last one crapped out so I am assuming he will again. But this product needs some quality control.

Just an FYI, I will not be carrying the WetBox going forward. Not because of issues or problems, but because of my deal with Imeo to have the GG USA exclusive supplier status.

I will take care of any issues with WetBoxes purchased from COV. So you are not at all out of luck. It's not my way.

Hi Rsbernie, I am sorry you don't like my service. I thought you wanted to keep the WetBox and let you know how to get it fixed.
Now that I know you don't it, I will process a refund for you.

My customers know me for my service, but I am not up working 24 hours a day, so I could not respond back to you before you went off.
I hope you will come to understand what happened here.
I am always here for my customers.
