Mister-E-Liquid Grey Matter Recipe

Hello everyone, I'm am beginning my trek down the road to DIY Recipes, my everyday vape is Grey Matter by Mister-e-liquid. The closest thing I can equate this to is a vanilla pipe tobacco, does anyone have any recipes or starting points to go by?
