After my experience this weekend I had to come on to the forum and give some much deserved kudos to Dan at Mister-e-liquid. I placed an order of my staple diet, Lemon Ice, on his site earlier this week. It was a large order and due to unforeseen circumstances he was unable to completely fulfill it at the time. I was running low on juice on so I contacted Dan to let him know that I was about to run out and might relapse to cigarettes over the weekend without more juice. I offered to pay for faster shipping to get some juice out to me today to hold me over until the remainder of the order could be completed. Dan made sure juice arrived on my doorstep today (at no extra cost to me), and I am happily vaping away on delicious Lemon Ice safe in the knowledge that those nasty cigarettes will never be needed again!!!
That my friends is going above and beyond to keep your customers happy and without Dan's intervention I would have had a fight on my hands to not have my first cigarette in 6 months as I am having a few beers tonight, and if I could, I'd buy Dan a beer too!
