Mixing accident's

Hi I made a major boo boo I mixed some juice and was quick steeping in hot water with cap off. Well the bottle topped over and extra water is now in my juice.

How can I evaporate the extra water with out evaporating all my juice?????

I'd suggest writing it off and starting again. I doubt you can save it. You might let it sit for a week or two and see if the water comes to the top and then siphon it off with a syringe, but it's bound to take some flavor out with it too, so .... start over.

Mix 2 or 3 times the original amount, mix it all together and shake it real good, if its just a few ml of water it will be spread out enough so it really won't do anything, the juice will just be slightly thinner.

Just curious....Did it separate, like oil and water will?

It was about 2 -3 ml of water and I'm not sure how much it was mixed at first I just panicked and grabbed it out. Then later shook it and tryed to see how it would vape. It did vape just tasted watery and vary week.

I'm out of nic right now waiting for my shipment think for now I'm just going to let it sit and separate, then skim off some of the water and mix more nic and flavor and see how it does. Unless someone has a better idea.

what was the original volume of juice before the water got into it? 2-3 ml of water mixed with 100ml of juice isnt too much but if it was 2-3 ml of water going into 15ml of juice, then there isnt much hope

Sounds like another reason to not "speed steep" to me... as for how to get the water out, I doubt that'll happen, the best option that would allow you to salvage the juice would be as Thrasher said and just double or triple the overall amount.

It was originally a 15 ml mix then about 2 ml water got in to it. I'm currently waiting for my shipment if nic to get here I'll then siphon off what water has risen to the top, then I will triple the mix and hope for the best.

Ok so I went and doubled the recipe and its vapable just it still has a funny last. So added more flavor and nic and still not quiet right. So my conclusion is scrap it its no good

I would just write it off. To add more nic you can not be sure what strength it will be. I was mixing 3 bottles and got mixed up what had what so I threw out all three bottles and started over. Mistakes sometimes happen, better to make sure it is right even if it means wasting a bit. CHEERS!

VG and PG will not separate from water, they are miscible.
