Mixing By Weight: Basics 101

This was my first mix by weight. It's delicious. I just made a 2nd 120ml batch Sunday.

yum I'm still on my first 120ml but it gets better every day and was decent S&V

Because of all that's going on right now, I ordered 24 strong VG nicotine and a bottle of PROPYLENE GLYCOL.
I also ordered hazelnut/coffee flavoring.
I'm not sure how to mix it.
Say I use 10ml nicotine and 10ml propylene glycol, how much flavoring do I add?
