Hi Riay. Welcome :) Is your juice too strong and you need to dilute it? If you can share how much juice you want to dillute, the current nic strength in mg and your target mg strength I can help with how much VG to add. You'll lose some flavor. You could also buy the same flavor again at a lower nic level and dilute to keep the flavor at the same level while reducing the nic.

Buy unflavoured juice at your nic strenght, or the highest nic strenght + generic PG and VG if you want to make juice in bulk. You then buy flavoring you want. After that you need the tools (Empty bottles, Seringe). Then it is as simple as taking XX ml of PG XX ml of VG XX ml of nic juice and XX ml of flavoring, putting it in an empty bottle and mix it!

Somewhere out there
I also suggest going to the DIY e liquid section on the forum. I just started making my own juices and love it!! So much to choose from for flavors and you can pick your bases and nic level. I ordered from DIY Flavor Shack (fabulous flavors BTW)and One Stop DIY Shop for Flavour Art to try. Lots of good stuff out there to try. bnrk

To answer your question specifically, yes. VG will give you better vapor than a straight PG juice.
However, there are some trade offs to consider.
- obviously, if you add VG to an existing PG juice you will dilute flavor and nicotine level
- VG has a slightly sweeter taste than PG but it tends to dull flavors a little
- VG tends to provide a "dryer" vapor than PG

If you have an existing PG juice and want to experiment, see if your vendor has 100% VG juice
in same flavor and nic levels. Then you can try adding VG without diluting flavor or nic.
Otherwise, most vendors offer a choice in PG/VG ratios. A 20 to 30% VG level should provide
better vapor without dulling the original flavor to much.

Of course taste is subjective, and some flavors hold up better with VG than others.
A lot of members who like higher VG levels or maybe can't handle high PG because
of allergic reactions, will go to 40 or 50% VG and double the flavor. There are several
vendors, like Vapor Renu or Gourmet Vapor, that provide this option.
