Mixing VG/PG.

Is it OK to mix PG and VG?

I have a bottle of pure VG I picked up from CVS and a bottle of 36m nic and it is PG based. I know that's way to much nic for me but would it be OK to mix the PG and VG to "water down" the nic level?
