Hopefully these were the only 2 that got mixed up in that batch.

Is work picking up for you MM? We've been flippen slammed over the last month. I am doing my first new construction job in over a year and a half. Ton's of remodel work. I am hesitant to try and find a new hire though, who knows how long it will last.

Yep! The last month has seen an increase (finally!!). Though I try to keep my assistants as busy as they want which means I don't do much "work" until the workload gets heavy. The time I spend on client care, and directing my assistants, isn't enough to keep me busy though. Especially since they've all been working with me for 8+ years, they pretty much know what I want and I know what they can/can't handle.

Today I picked up 2 new projects and a minor change to an another one. So looks like I'll have to at least oversee some stuff for the next week or two.

And I hear you on the "feast or famine" thing! Two years ago we were averaging 100 projects a year but last year we only did 59. Hopefully this year won't be so bad!

And if things don't continue to pick up I might actually get around to updating my website! Of course then again, I'm pretty lazy!
