Ok...

So I am enjoying these eGo's and EVOD bottom coils...

I'm just not getting enough VOLUME of Vapor...

So I'm pretty sure I'm going to get a Vamo on or around the 4th...

I'm going to hang on to the eGo's for around work, movies..etc..etc... but at home, in the car...I want to create a fog. I keep pulling longer and longer intervals on the ecig...

So, how do I get the volume...what do I need with the Vamo, either Vivi or V3 to make it work well?

Thank y'all for putting up with the dearth of questions I have posted lately...

Thank you

So Vegtable Glycerine will produce more smoke...I will look at that on my next run

As for my analog....I was a dipper, and I still smoke Cigars once or twice a week...

I have quit the dipping, and have no intention of kicking cigars, they aren't really an addiction...they are a social relaxation method...

So that's the kind of cloud I am looking for...at least while Im at the house or driving...

Office and in public places I will maintain the smaller eGo's...and my wife will still use them full time.

I'm guessing that with a Vamo I can utilize a different, maybe with a larger coil???

I hear talk about the Pro's, Genesis style mizers...just don't know what would work out best that a newbie can actually use..

You evod should be able to do it for you with a vamo and some 70/30 Vg/Pg juice. Though your throat hit will suffer I personally dont care about throat hit and am ammused by the amount of vapor I can produce with some 70/30 or even 80/20 juice using a kanger protank (a fancy evod) and a sigelei zmax v3 (a fancy vamo). The 80/20 juice I make myself I dont think its commonly sold in that ratio. 70/30 should be perfect for what u want and almost all vendors will sell their juice at that ratio.

Happy vaping :)

Slower inhale, higher VG mix. Both of those will help with your volume on your egos. You can also look at a dual coil clearo like the iClear 16 and iClear 30's from Innokin, they will both generate more volume than an evod or vivi. Once you get your Vamo, check out rebuildable drippers (RDAs). I use this one:
$6.10 V5 Electronic Cigarette Round Mouth Detachable Dripping Atomizer - 1.0
With dual 3 ohm coils, it pumps out the vapor. Most of the time I am happy with my evod or protanks on either my MVP or eVic, but when I want to show off, I break out the RDA's.

if you have a standard ego battery, you're only getting 3.2 volts. get an ego style variable voltage battery such as an ego twist or vision spinner. they have a rotatable dial on the bottom that goes from 3.2-4.8 volts. i'd recommend the spinner over the twist since the dial is knurled/textured for a better grip and voltage markings are easier to read.

if you're using standard resistance heads on you evod, lower resistance heads will create more vapor. less than 2.5 ohms. as long as your battery is 650mah or higher, you should be able to use low resistance heads.

and like someone else has mentioned, the evod has 3 air holes at the base. plugging one of the holes with a toothpick or piece of tape can help create less of an airy draw.

Plugging one of the holes seems to help a bit...

I'm working on trying to understand and grasp the connection between ohms and voltage...and how they pertain to ecigs before I seriously start tampering with changing voltage and getting away from standard resistance heads...

Someone posted up a set of handy charts that Ineed to find, save and study...regardless I will pick up a few different heads....see what comes of it.

The beauty of the vamo is that it has vw (variable wattage) variable wattage will adjust your voltage relitave to your ohms. For instance say you find you like vaping at 7 watts, ok now say your using something thats 1.8 ohms and you switch to something thats at 2.5 ohms staying at 7 watts your vamo will adjust your voltage accordingly.

Thats my understanding of how it works anyways. Regaurdless working with wattage is way simpler then voltage imo

If you want to get a Vamo, it's a great entry level mod and an excellent value, particularly if you get at Fasttech (kit about $50). But that won't solve your cloud problem, because the cloud problem starts with the right juice, and is not going to improve much beyond an improved juice solution with a clearomizer. That being said, the Vamo with a Protank, an air flow controller and the right juice will give you a very good vapor. It's all an evolutionary process, and trying out new gear all the time, particularly at first, to find out what you like. But what you seek does exist. Welcome to the Forum and Vape On!

Are you saying the Vamo is a set and forget system? I don't have to manually adjust, it will automatically?

That seems quite advanced for such a cheap device...

the short answer. Yes

in more detail, you will find a Wattage you like vaping at for me its 6-7 watts the vamo can go from 3-15 watts. so once you find your "butter zone" your pretty much golden the only time i change my wattage is when changing juice some juices taste burnt at my 6-7 watts so i turn it down a little other juices i have can handle up to 13 watts. but there is no math involved no charts to memorize you just find your butter zone and adjust to taste when changing flavors :)
