Mod Questions

I really wanna know what all I need to build a 5-6 volt mod... 6 volt preferably...
I believe I've found the right flashlight, and batteries, but now I need to know if it needs to be regulated, and how to do it? This is the light - A20 Led Flashlight

and these are the batteries - Haoba rcr123a 3 volt Battery Kit

Also I believe I can use a horn style switch somewhere on this thing but if someone has a better idea, than I'm all ears/eyes
