Hi guys, I own an Ego-T and a 510-T with an Ego battery. I really like the 510-T. I've been reading up on all the different mods, but it's all still kind of confusing and I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction :)

I'm looking for something "tank"~like, that'll let me just fill up a 3ml+ tank and vape away. I don't want to have to throw anything out after a couple days / a week (so probably nothing cartomizer based). VV would be nice. I know about boxmods and CE2s.

How long do CE2-type clear/cart-omizers last a moderate vaper (~3ml / day), anyway? As in, how long is it before you have throw one out?

As far as box mods go, do you have to squeeze the feeder bottle/tank to actually feed the atty with all of the models out there? Do boxmods have to be kept in an upright position?

Are there any other "tank" options on the market? What would you recommend I get?
Note that I'm only interested in tank/tank-like solutions.

I just got the DCT Map Tank from Clouds of Vapor and it's really nice. I'm using it on my ego battery so it will work for you. It holds 3ml of fluid and hits pretty good. I just got it last night so I don't the the longevity of it buy I'm already on my second refill without any problems. I would go check them out. I think they are like $27.

the Tankomatic Liquinator from here
Vaporescence - eCigarettes, Accessories, US Made eLiquids

had it for a week or so now and is working wonderfully-
it uses boge cartos(lr or sr)with holes/slots cut into the body and feeds from the tank surrounding it-

great idea, good tank-
havent had it leak at all

I too would say to go for a dual coil tank, I have the DCT MAP Tank and it works great! Not only that but when I changed my cartomizer after 3 - 4 weeks it was actually still working perfectly, I just didn't like the fact that the juice I could blow out of it was such a dark brown but I plan to clean it and keep using it.

For tank-like mods look into CE2. They last for at least a couple of days before needing cleaning, give a good amount of vapor and flavor. With regular cleaning they last for a couple of weeks or more before the wick starts falling apart. If you prefer a higher capacity mod i would suggest a Vision Deux from gotvapes.com. It holds 3.5 ml of liquid and the design is similar to CE2.

How do you clean these? I'm getting a burnt taste from mine. Is this normal?

I got a 5ml phat liquinator and it didn't quite work great but I got the 3ml liquinator and am in love. It doesn't leak and is easy to refill. The phat one was very difficult to push the cartomizer through the holes and it kept cutting the o-ring but the 3ml has worked out great. It uses slotted 510 boge cartomizers standard or low res. I use it on my provari and love it. I also have a reo grand and use cartomizers on it and just have to squeeze the bottle every once in a while. I love both.
