Model numbers comparable to suppliers names

I'm a noob and confused about the model numbers.
I purchased The Bloog Maxxfusion and really like it...
But I'm confused about the different names number for the models...
I've heard of all these as referenced to the two piece model (bat and cartomizer):
E-8
E-9
Kr808d-1
Kr808d-2
which is the maxxfusion? (I heard this is the latest and greatest cartomizer)
which is the newest cartomizer?
which is compatible with what?
When litecigusa list " KR808D-1 PREMIUM Blank Soft Cap Cartomizers" is it the same as the maxxfusion carts?
Is the "KR808D-1 Automatic Battery" the same as the maxxfusion bat?
Will a Kr808d-2 cart work on a maxxfusion bat?

What is the difference between a KR808D-1 and a KR606D-2 ?
I've only seen the ***-1 for sale

I'm sure someone else will be able to answer you more comprehensively, but the soft cap cartos from litecigusa are not the same- the current bloog models have a horizontal coil at the bottom. If you're looking for something similar, the dripper cartomizers from nhaler are supposedly similar or the same.

Thats cus they are not compatible and the 2's are said to suck.. And the carto selection is smaller.

Basically you dont know what your getting with cartos unless they state specifically the coil, the ohm, and the capstyle.

Hard cap boge and kanger are vertical coil, and usually high ohm

Soft cap boge are exactly the same, just with a soft cap and a possibillity for lower ohm.
Softcap knger are horizontal coil and have a bit lower ohm.

Driptip caps types are horizontal coil and lower ohm. ( unless boge copys it and stick it on a vertical coil carto, then were really gonna get confused)

Then theres a smoore with hard cap and vertical coil. HIgh ohm, i think.. maybe theres choices.. dunno.

I would just forget everything thats e9 e8 and -2.... Theres a reason they are not to be found......

Id bet my hat everything premium and turbo and such are just boges..
