mods/accessories/batteries/charger help

Ok im sorry if this is kinda a big post but im about to jump into the world of box mods and battiers so i need some pointers at if im in the right direction And some help on what you guys think is better on some items.

Fyi im going to be using this to kick my anaglog addiction...

Oh and i only have use of paypal credit to order this stuff So if you offer a site it must take paypal.

Ok first off the box mods im looking at.

Ipv2s
Ipv2x
Segelei 100wplus
(Was looking at the 50w istick but its not out yet, button rattles, batteries are unchangable so i think id be upgrading it way faster than the others)

Ok to start the ipvs im not sure on diffrence between them other than the 2s can be upgraded to 70w with software and the 2x has a bigger button.
Im a huge fan of the ipv models (friend has one).

Now the segelei i like it for the higher wats but not sure if ill ever use over 50 or so. But i do love how it has the magneticdoor. But dont know if getting it for just that is worth it since i never used one but what im finding online they run about the same as the ipv2s/2x.

I want something i can use for a long time without problems or right after getting deciding to upgrade to a diffrent mod (more watts better controles w.e it may be)

So pretty much what do you guys think is the better buy since i can find them at roughly 80 or so each for all 3.


Now the batterys.

I know the vtc4/5 are amasing battiers but scared of getting a fake(same goes for other battiers)
So what other battiers do you suggest and where can i get them that is trusted and uses paypal?(like a ebay seller or site that takes paypal)

Only one i have been told about is the nitecore i2/i4 they seem great love how they take any kind of battery.
Would you guys sujest that and do i need to worry about fakes. what do i need to look for so i dont get a fake. If there are others feel free to post my limit on the charger is $20.


Now for accessories (tanks/drippers/cases ect)

Ok i know i want to get a tank i been looking at the mello by eleaf since it is sub ohm and really good price(want a subtank but cant afford right now) what do you guy suggest? (More into flavor over clouds but dont mind chucking clouds as well) lol

The drippers im looking at are the magma veritas and plume vail or however its spelled ..

Cases im not sure on. i know they make sticker covers but idk if i wana do that unless like a carbon wrap or something. I do know the 100w pluss comes with a silocon case with it so not to worried about that one.

hello Dark and welcome to the forum. I don't have the answers but usually someone will come along and share their experience with you. I do however, often use the search box at the top of the page. I've found it extremely helpful. Good luck with quitting the analogs, once I found the correct nic level, it has been a breeze.

Hi and Welcome to the forums darkcloud!!! I can only suggest the Sigelei 100 because that is the only one I have used. I like the fact that going with 100 watts would be good because with different juices, you can get different flavors to be more prenounced. I know from my experience, fruitier flavors like lower wattage where as custard flavor seem to taste better with higher wattage. Personally I have not gone over 50 watts yet with the flavors that I have but I like the fact that if need be, the power is there when and where ever I need it That is all I can offer because you cant afford the Sub Tank as of now. As far as batteries are concerned, here is a link for some good info on them. Go to #9 E-Cigarette Forum - Baditude - Blogs I personally like the Samsung 25Rs I am a flavor chaser as well and have my Subtank on the Sigelei 100 watt and love it. just my I wish you success on your mission to quitting analogs. A couple of good battery options are the Samsung 25R and the LG HE2 batterys. I've seen both recommended often and have some of the Samsungs, myself.

I'd also stay away from ebay for battery purchases. When it comes to batteries, if the price looks too good to be true then it usually is and you wind up getting what you paid for

The Nitecore chargers seem to be pretty popular. Another good option is the Xtar line, they have a good reputation and several models for $20 or less

All good choices there. The basic design of a dripping atomizer is pretty simple, so most any RDA with suitable airflow will be able to give you a good vape

Thank for all the info. I think I want to go with the ipv2s because of only needing 1 battery so I plan 2 get 2 batterys to start with. And you can charge off the mod itself for on the go unlike the ipv3 and segelei 100wplus or 150 So I don't need to get 4 batterys to start. If I do ebay for batterys I was looking at getting the 35a efest since they have a anti counterfit sticker to check if they are real so saves me from a head ache.

But I am having problems find a mod on ebay that I don't think is fake I found a authentic 100 watt plus that's real but having trouble with the ipv2s since some are missing the battery door logo some the usb port on them.

So if you guy know a place that has a sale for the ipv2s 2x or even 3 if it's a killer price with like a coupon or something I can probably get the cash for that one... i just don't want a knock off mod or get one that doa and have problems returning or exchanging.

I use the Nitecore D4 charger and I love it. I don't have to worry about leaving my battery's on and having them get over charged as it cuts off when done and does not trickle charge. The two slot version (D2) is on amazon for 19 bucks right now.
