VV/VW, RBA,,RDA,etc. are for advances vapers.......since you are searching I offer this (as an advanced vaper) for your consideration....keep it simple till you gain knowledge and experience....

My thought is to start with a mechanical 3.7 volt mod, a tank that uses 1.5 ohm cartomizers, good juice, and the batteries/charger. This should produce a good vape with no leaking, no fiddling with making coils, and etc. Kinda like crawling, walking, or running...you gotta crawl before you walk.....rba,rda, vv/vw is running, not walking or crawling....so you just need to figure out where you want to start....you may find that if you start running you may get discouraged and overwhelmed and end up having to crawl anyway.....

just my thoughts.... good luck.....

I did consider cartos before... But then again, I'm not very convinced of the vapor a carto puts out (from reviews).

Let's say I start with a eGo APV? Would that give me a less steep learning curve?

And how do I know when is the time to go mech/ Rebuildable?

It boils down to what gives you the vape you desire.....you can ask 20 vapers what to use and get 20 different answers....if you feel you want to start with an ego apv just do it ......there will be a learning curve no matter where you start....I found a satisfying vape years ago and have since tried the rda, rba, etc. etc. etc....but have never found anything better than a carto/tank....but that's my preference, which may be different from others preference.....to each his own....I hope you find yours......

Thanks man. That was helpful. :)
I probably try an APV to find my favorite flavor and voltage before I set off to work on a mod.

I'll still buy a mod first though, since I'm shipping quite a few items from America this month. Maybe I'll let it sit and collect dust for awhile. Any recommendations of mods and atty?

Heard plenty about the kayfun. Looks well built and made to perform. But I can't seem to bring myself to like that staggered stepped cap. I like something like a kraken or Z-atty. maybe I'll pick up a kayfun just for the fun of it.

Have anyone bought from FT? Thinking about it now...

Shipping is a personal choice bro, please keep it as such. Or u will face getting ban.

I know the sensitivity of it. That's why I'm not asking for supplier info or shipment methods. Just checking if anyone used that website before.
Of course, I wouldn't be using the full name of the website, just an acronym so everyone knows what I'm talking about.

as you said that you dont like skinny mods or egos you can go into a zmax, vamo or provari, they all are around 22mm in diameter (same as most mechs) and give you the protection and VV or VW

I see... But they don't have clones I believe? My budget is mainly limited to clones now...

A zmax v3 is 50 bucks, a vamo is 30 something, an MVP is 40 bucks, that´s 10 more than a clone... I have a zmax and a nemesis clone, my zmax has been collecting dust since I got my nemesis but I still strongly recommend one of those first I) really loved my zmax.
If you want to go straight into mechs you can always get a kick clone to go with them but that would get your starting price the same as the VW devices I listed (around 40-50)
