Mods, Mechs, all well and good but what about all in one battery fans?

I have a couple of these JoyeTech 18650 powered eGo-T - Genuine JoyeTech!

THey take an 18650 battery which will give you control over the quality of the battery but they DO shut off when the charge on hte battery gets low. THey are about the same length as a 1000 mah ego just fatter.

Damn, that's cheap and looks like it does the job but I just saw this on a UK site and call me a fashionistic tragedy waiting to happen but I really think I want one of these, kind of puts paid to the myth all Vamos are ugly...

Looks like a pretty good bit of kit, but I may be bias.

That looks awesome, but I love black :) It has always worried me a bit that all the more expensive kit seems to be SS or variants thereof. It looks too industrial for me, too mechanical haha the irony...

I know I'm in a minority with this view.

Be aware the black chrome finish will probably wear off quickly but you can always get a wrap for it. That's why I got SS this time.

Wraps kind of appeal to me. I like the look of it as well as the feel of it. I fully appreciate though that this is not practical in any way. Right now the appearance should matter least to me since I just discovered I can have a mod that gives me everything I get from my Ego V3 with no hidden setbacks.

I run away from mechs and rba's because I don't want to tinker with stuff I just want to use it. Well it's taken 8 weeks to realise I can have the best of both worlds. I feel dumb.

I for one don't understand the mech craze. Why would I want to be a the mercy of a battery as it discharges, giving a weaker vape each time you press the button. I'm also a carto tank fan. Once you get them properly prefilled it's a pretty hasstle free vape.

I think the latest itaste MVP2 also plugs in via a usb port; hopefully that means you can still vape even with a dead battery.

Haven't tried it with mine yet but from what I understand you have to let the battery charge a bit before you can use it as a passthrough. The reason being you are vaping off the battery so it has to have some charge on it.

I have VV mod but prefer mechanical.
Probably same reason I prefer my carbed V8 over fuel injection.
Simple, clean looks, high performance and gets the job done.
Pros and cons.
