My imagination went a little wild in making them chooch! Especially Salsa.
Ten grandkids. I wouldn't mind another.

I do birthdays the way your grandmother did. They each get $10. I'm the poor grandmother in this case. I'm okay with that. Both of my grandmothers were poor and didn't give gifts. That didn't matter a bit. They were both amazing women. My maternal grandmother is the one I knew the best and with her I was rich in her love, pies, southern cooking and humor. I swear her laugh started in her toes and no matter what sort of mischief my sister Debbie and I got into, she'd laugh. She might chase us out of the farm house with her broom, but she'd do it with a laugh.
Christmas is more complicated. I like to get them gifts. Boy, can that add up fast for not much of anything! It's the middle of October and I'm in short supply of ideas.

I don't think anything can top the Knight toilet paper holder I got the boys last year.

I'm thinking about doing the 'family crest/coat of arms for the boys rooms and Fairy Doors for the girls (most of them have good imaginations.

) But those ideas might be ultra boring to them, too. haha Still have time to think on it I guess.
