Doing the wide bores in the tall tips, especially if I do 'stuff' to them, can end up making the mouth so fat that we worry about them being comfortable to use. Everything has to be a little thicker to maintain the strength that will hold up to being dropped, ya know? It can be so hard to get both comfort and special design. But we try!

Honey this one is perfection. And just fat enough. Sirius, also the tallness of the tip is above the insert. The insert is a bit more than 3/16" tall......I had to use a "cheat sheet" for a while. 
Edit to add: Checked the site again for bore size: 3.5 mm, 4 mm = medium, and 4.7 = wide bore.
