Hi, LoriP. :) Don't know what CRS is, but have seen that Teeter contraption advertised on TV. Looks interesting and should give your back a good stretch!

 Over 115 lbs! Chili, you must feed your critters pretty darn good. :D
Bahahaaaa I can't tell ya what CRS means but here's what it looks like Chooch.

Yeah, Sirius, it's amazing how our emotional state can effect our physical.......O-o-o-o-ohm-m-m-m-m :nun: Still you need to find a specialist sooner rather than later when you're in pain, but you know all that. :p
You better believe it can. IF I hadn't found this place to get my serenity back I prolly would have to have to consulted 3 priests, 5 monks, 8 hairy krishnas, and a partridge in a pear tree.

Good morning MHM gang! :)
I want to escape to live on a mountain!!

I'm stalking a FedEx (Sat.) delivery today.
I ordered a Teeter Inversion Table, and it's supposed to be delivered today!!!:banana::banana:
teeter.com if you've never heard of it.
I got the one with all the bells and whistles, super DUPER great price from HSN last weekend.
My chiropractor told me to get one over a year ago, and my medical doc gave the okay as well, just now getting around to it...
Can't remember if I bored y'all with this already, my CRS is in full motion this morning, but if I already told y'all, sorry...I'm really excited!!!

Wow Chili, sounds like a full house. Enjoy the visit with your sis!!
Are all those fur babies yours?

Sirius, so sorry to hear you have back problems, I'm hoping my new contraption will help mine.
My sister had back surgery several years ago, and I'd surely like to skip that if at all possible.

Reporting 38 degrees here. I'm sooooo not ready for these colder temps. We're supposed to warm to around 70 and a little warmer tomorrow, and next week.
Yesterday, I don't think we even his 60.

Hope everyone has something fun planned for today.

I'm thinking some sort of baked chicken for dinner with a divine crispy coating of something...and I'm really hungry for roasted Brussels sprouts, so...we'll see. :)

How exciting lori! Sure hope you can get some relief.

Ehh..not really concerned about the back. Just knowing I'm in the right place is a BIG load off my shoulders. I do have a doctor, but he's just a regular doctor and not a specialist. That I'll probably take care of down the road a ways.
There's not much up here in the way of specialist Chooch. I'd have to go to Boone or Johnson City TN for that. Johnson City would be closer as I'm just 10 miles from the TN line...lol

Just saw where Mt Mitchell got snow yesterday dogstar [emoji15] That is the coldest spot in NC usually. Make sure you have plenty of warm clothes and blankies since you are used to the GA winters. [emoji6]

I did see your little sandwich snatcher. He's a cutie!

Bahaha I didn't have too much sniffin' to do. Dale and Chooch leave cookie crumbs everywhere they go. And @angelphyre well, I'd know that perfume anywhere

Oh, Angel, I do miss when Sirius pulled out his Pepe.......Scratch that! You know what I mean. :p

'Morning, Mountain. :) Am in "recovery mode". When to the VCC yesterday and spent only 4 hrs., but it was enough to make me reconsider going again today. Small by past standards and low public turnout. However, a new entry fee of $15 per person to get in for two days might have had something to do with it. Again however, 30 ml juices for $10!

'Morning, classwife. :) That's good to know about the table. Just may have to get one for hubby sooner rather than later. :(

I knew within literally the first 3 seconds...it was instant ahhhhhhhhh

BUT - if you can't handle being upside down for a bit...you won't enjoy it

Good morning in here :)

@LoriP1702 - I have an inversion table, it's the best $$ I have ever spent on my back !
I'm already getting relief, and I haven't even had it 24 hours yet. :nun:
I have a feeling it will be the best $$ I've ever spent on my back as well!!
I'm only doing the 20 degree inversion right now, to start, and I'm going to take it slowly until I can get to 60 degrees, then we'll see if I can get to the full inversion position.

'Morning, classwife. :) That's good to know about the table. Just may have to get one for hubby sooner rather than later. :(

I do want to add that there's a fairly long list of health issues that are contraindications, and do have a look at that, and I would definitely check with your medical doctor. :2c:
I have (mild) high blood pressure, and that's one of the contraindications, but my doctor said that mine isn't the kind that goes up when in a horizontal (or inverted) position, so he said he didn't think it would be a problem.

I knew within literally the first 3 seconds...it was instant ahhhhhhhhh

BUT - if you can't handle being upside down for a bit...you won't enjoy it
I could tell it helped as soon as I inverted too!!
I do get motion sickness, fairly easily...
So I have to go slowly, and rest on the horizontal (on the way back up) as the book said.
I was trying to position the pressure point nodules last night, trying to hurry, going up and down, on and off, up and down...and I did manage to make myself queasy.
I can tell that I really could use a good massage, I'm so tender that I can't even use the nodules.

I really appreciate you mentioning that you have one.
I've read reviews all over, but it means a lot more coming from someone you actually know.:thumb:
