A DCC at 6v ain't that bad--you (I) just need a tank to make sure the carto stays wet and remember to take (much) shorter drags.
In my experience I find that two seconds off a DCC at 6v is pretty equivalent to five seconds at 3.7v--the higher heat just gives a different flavour profile to the juice...

I wish that 2 second drags was all I took...I max the 10 second cutoffs. I vape like I smoked...double draw. Yet another reason I don't care for the lavatube or other mods that have a cutoff...too darn short...LOL.
That's exactly why the 6v is a "supplemental" voltage for me instead of an "all the time." I have a hard time not over-drawing. It's like the reason I could never learn to smoke cigars--no matter how hard I tried I could not not inhale.
As far as "effects" of the vapor goes, though, I seem to be in a fairly unique situation. I rolled my own cigarettes and did not bother with filters, so any sort of resistance on the draw feels like I'm trying to breathe through a brick. I also tended to take fairly long drags--as long or longer than a normal breath. But I used additive-free tobacco, so those chemical-laden store-bought cigs would tear up my throat--without the chemicals to artificially promote combustion, my cigarettes burned at a much lower temperature than the fancy (and expensive) store-boughts.
So now I find myself in the position where "throat-hit" as people define it is meaningless to me, but the heat that so many people like will make me hack and cough like a tubercular duck. Vapor production is cool and all, but too much at a time dries out my throat and makes me gag like an ostrich with strep. I'll have to see what putting 6v's on the end of a longer pipe does, to see if it cools the vape more and lets me take a decent drag--but until then I'll just have to go with thehangdude and say "You are more man than I."

Pop, you are too kind! Zensilk, i think youre gonna love it! They work awesome, they are super convenient, just fill and go. OH and the grasshopper juice is really good!
P0P I have a question...do you also sell just the screw plugs for the tanks? I want to get one of yours but wanted a couple of just the plugs for them also. I have a couple of tanks that I would like to "transform".

ROTFLMAO....you should try 2 dcc's at 6V simultaneously...it'll blow your socks off and make your head spin like a hoot owl.
