NEENAH, WISCONSIN: City treats vaping same as smoking with NO vape shop exemption, citing health risk to (likely already vaping) employees. Winnebago Co Health Dept spokesperson blatantly LIES to public: “It’s not safer than cigarettes.”
MOUND, MINNESOTA: “Council member Paula Larson made it clear she hates cigarettes during the council meeting, but said what is more terrifying is having the government tell people what they’re supposed to do with their health.”

CHEYENNE, WYOMING: Second reading TONIGHT to redefine vaping as smoking, without any evidence of harm to bystanders, and denying business owners right to allow vaping in own property.
Also the kid in the new last week who had a collapsed lung that was sworn to be because he used Juul was OF COURSE proved to be because he had an underlying condition that Plague a lot of tall skinny guys his age, known as a bleb on his lung, The collapsed lung is cause by a ruptured Blep (blister) on the lung resulting in a ruptured lung. His use of the Juul did not cause the bleb, it was genetic. The reason it ruptured was because of rapid inhalation.
“Ultimately, putting the blame on the Juul for the collapsed lung seems to be intentionally deceitful when the true cause was rapid inhalation. Could Chance’s viral social media campaign against the Juul be based on misinformation and distortion of the facts? Absolutely.”
