I gave up and ordered a couple more batts. 12 bucks isnt worth the agravation.

admirable, but Halo's CS is pretty good, they're just overloaded. by all means email them, and in a day or two you should get a reply, no need to sit on a defective product if your still in warranty. at the very least, you should get the battery replaced and then you'd have that as a spare.

I would e-mail them then they would email me then id reply. Kept getting reply trouble shooting timps that are one here so i gave up on the whole Cs deal. One phone call would have solved everything in 5 min, but guess we are in the email age. Its all good they got me on this one no hard feelings a d it wasnt in mallace so we are good.
