I am creating this thread to discuss the new Moon G1 Genesis Hybrid APV made by the Hungarian company Moon (Formerly known as NGP). There isn't much information out there as far as any YouTube video reviews (In English). The Moon G1 is a Genesis Hybrid mod similar in functionality to the iHybrid, the Orion, Zenesis just to name a few. The Moon G1 however is not an all mechanical mod due to the electronic.switch that has a 25 amp limit. It is constructed of black anodized aluminumView attachment 189379View attachment 189380View attachment 189381View attachment 189382 that is light weight yet it feels very solid and weighs in @ 46grams in 18650 mode without battery and 41grams in 18350 mode without a battery. It has a 3.7ml plexiglass tank and a 3mm wick hole and has been wicking beautifully for me down the the very last drop of juice. The really amazing thing about the Moon G1 is it's price tag of just over $100 including shipping from Hungary. The downside with the G1 along with all other Genesis Hybrid mods is availability. Moon is not running a huge operation and they are being made one at a time. It could easily take 2-3 months on the waiting list until your turn comes up. It is however free to sign up on the request list. When your turn comes up you will be sent an e-mail telling you and can then pay. They have a thread on VaporWall where they discuss the new Moon G1 and also have a link to the waiting list. I received mine almost a week ago and I can't put it down. While it may not compare with other Hybrid mods (iHybrid,Zenesis) it is well worth the price tag. This is my first Hybrid mod and I think anyone who wants to get into Hybrid mods should get one of these.
