Hello,I'm using the ego twist with the clearomizers and was hoping to get a bit mor air draw into it. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

Possibly a 510 to 510 adapter would help. I have a nova style tank that I took a hacksaw too. Needed just a bit more air for the draw. Though I dont recommend such extremes. What kind of cleros are you using? Sometimes unscrewing a 1/4 turn will help with a tight draw.
Yes if your using like the vision stardust style they have a very very tight draw. A 510 to 510 adapter will help, but you will lose the 1 piece look. Some clearomizers (i.e. the Kanger T2) have 3 air holes drilled into the bottom to fix this issue.
