If i can make it, and it be cheaper than buying store bought, and possibly be better, you bet your bottom that I will find a way. And once again, this place is invaluable.

*The vinegar thread was pure awesome! Just saying...
*The DiY startup thread was pure awesome as well.
*The thread on vg vs. pg is very good.

I have already spent the better part of a week combing through the forums gathering data and have finally settled. Because of the information presented in these forums I was able to convince my GF that it would be a wise investment to DiY for flavors and we just purchased the "silver" DiY starter kit, which has no nic. from the DIY Flavor Shack.
Or 6 3mL choices to start were:
Blueberry
Watermelon
Raspberry
Coffee
Hazlenut
Bavarian Cream

This should be good times

Hiya NGAHaze. Yeah, I got a couple of juices with my starter. Blueberry and Juicy peach. I like them both and I think they will keep me happy until my kit comes in. Once that happens, that should keep me happy long enough to get my info for my next round of flavors.
*Loved the best flavor thread. I will definitely be using that to help me figure out what my next batch of flavors will be.

Heh... I think I've read at least 3 post from each section and sub-sections, some more than others, but at least that many from each. This place is awesome.

Gratz, Seruza!

Its nice to know exactly whats in the stuff you vape, isn't it?

I've spent $9.60 in the past 9+ months on ejuice. Bought one 30 mill bottle of NET tobacco eliquid....I've made many many bottles of my own and sold some....Its a great feeling knowing you'll never run out of flavors you like.

9.60 in the past nine months, man that's a bag full of awesome. I assume you got a stock in when you first started and built from there? If so, how many flavors did you start out with? How many have you built up to now? What are your top 5 used flavors?

Thanks for everyones time.

Best of luck on learning the DIY! I'm so glad I make my own and I save so much money. I was spending about $45 a month on 3 of the 30 ml bottles a month of my favorite flavor until I finally figured out how to make it. Now it's so cheap. I've collected alot of different flavors over the past year and enjoy sometimes pulling them all out and concocting something new to try and check out. It's alot of fun and so good to know I don't have to go online and hunt up what to order and whip out my credit card all the time. I used to always be so afraid I would run out of my juice. Not anymore! :)

My stuff is coming in soon so I'll be right there with you.

When I was a lad, my parents had gotten me a chemistry set.
I loved the test tubes, beakers and all the cool stuff I could do with it.

Then one day I cracked open our World Book Encyclopedia's researching... Gun Powder. I wanted to make my own fireworks. So I figured out what was needed from the book and started working on a formula. I won't go into what is in the formula (as it was a very stupid idea at the time) but I will say I believe I perfected it.

Just started my test firework when Mom discovered what I was doing. I was in SOOOO MUCH TROUBLE! :D Good bye chemistry set and formula book!

Good thing too. My test was a empty toilet paper roll. It probably would have been a rather LARGE explosion and I and my friend would have gotten badly hurt.

DIY Juice should be much more safe. LOL!

BostLabs - Yup, got one of those too. Never got so bold as trying to make my own black powder.... at that age.... I have sense though learned enough about fireworks to be dangerous. I used to manage a small group that included fire performance in its show and at one time we had talked about using pyrotechnics, and of course, I'm a DiY kind of guy. ;)

Loved atomic fireballs as a kid too. I'd be interested in hearing the outcome.

Red_Bird - Yeah, thats what I got in my head to, and I LOVE to cook. My GF says that if its anything like cooking, then I'll do just fine. I think she's a little biased though. :D

It was my test burns that gave me away. Way too close to the house and Mom has great sense of smell. I was grinding and stuffing when Parental Doom descended upon me. Boy my friend could really run fast. LOL! I think he left a vapor trail.

From there after anytime I touched the World Books she would give me the stink eye. LOL!

Don't try this at home kids. :D

SO far my favorites DIY are

Flavor Apprentice
Strawberry
Watermelon
and I did a combo of Coconut (extra) and Chocolate that gave me a decent Mounds Candy bar taste

I still buy the Slims Menthol from myFreedomSmokes.com as I haven't delved into trying to replicate actualy cig flavors at all and this is my "morning cig" juice that wakes me up. Even so a 10 mL bottle will last me a month so not all that expensive. :)

I can't give enough praise to the new Super Concentrated flavors I just got from Vaping Zone - they are simply outstanding.

If you ever get into RBAs, DIY is a necessity - I go through about 10-12ml a day and that would cost me a fortune if bought from juice vendors. ;)

Interesting... Thanks for the heads up. Its definitely on my list of things to research for my next batch.

10-12mL's a day. Would you consider yourself a heavy vaporer/user?
I think I'm at about 4mL's a day right now, not sure if I want to go much higher, but sometimes I just can't seem to put my eGo down. (hmm.. that didn't sound right... :/ )
