im not sure how many of you have tried Grizwald juices, but im a little confused about nicotine contents.

in the cigarettes i smoke the pack states 0.8mg nicotine, so i bought a 0.8mg cherry juice. i was also given a complimentary bottle of grizwald cherry juice but this is marked as 20mg on the bottle. is that 20mg of nicotine in them as to me that appears to be a huge jump in the amount of nicotine compared to my normal cigarettes.

can someone help me out with a little info on the differences in nicotine strengths with the juices and if possible what this means as i have seen it on juices but have no idea what it means.

70/30-PG/VG Mix

24, 18, 12, 6 mg's of nic mean per ml.

ok that makes sense, but in comparison to normal a normal cigarette that is 0.8mg how do they compare? if they compare at all?

what im trying to work out, if i vape a juice that is 20mg for a while is that likely to give me a stronger nicotine craving than the cigarettes i smoke presently? as to me that would imply i would be vaping more often than presently? does that make sense.. im not really sure if i know what im on about lol

I'm not sure you can directly correlate nicotine levels from analogs to that of e-juice, as some nicotine in analogs gets burned off, you only inhale a fraction of the smoke produced by an analog, etc.

As a former PAD smoker, I found that 18 MG was a bit too much, and 12 MG was just a bit lacking and left me with cravings. I DIY juice now in the 15 MG range, and that seems to work for me. It can, and probably will, be different for you and also depends on how much juice you vape in a day.

thanks guys, to be honest im having so much enjoyment from the cherry flavours both the .8mg and the grizwald 20mg (just tried it now) that im not really interested in normal cigs already (which can only be a good thing) im already drawing up a christmas list that contains juices, atomizers and maybe some cartomizers as well :)

Thing i just found a better way to smoke err vape :)

I believe that the 0.8mg nicotine is per cigarette. So I think your answer is dependent on how many cigarettes you smoke per day and how many ml of juice you vape per day. If you smoke 10 cigs a day that's 0.8x10 = 8mg of nic per day. If you vape 1 ml of 8mg juice per day you would be getting the same nic.
Now the problem is with different absortion rates of cigarette smoke verses vapor. Hopefully someone else will have more info on that. I know from experience that you want to use a higher nic than you would think, if your goal is to stop smoking analogs.
Hope I helped shed some light with my limited knowledge.

0.8 on a cigarette pack means per cigarette or 16mg for a pack of 20

Nicotine of eliquid is percent like 1.6 (means 1.6 percent) or per ml like 16mg. 1000mg = 1ml

Don't try to match it exactly. Use what feela right and doesn't make you sick (over-nicced symptoms are headache, rapid or irregular heartbeat, cold fingers, general haziness or ill feeling). Buy some above and below whatever starting level you have chosen in case you need it (if you get those in the same flavor you could always micx them to get the medium level).

Full strength smokers usually start around 24mg but some prefer 16-18 and some prefer higher than 24
Lights smokers often often like 16-18mg but may like higher or lower
Ultralights smokers may prefer 10-12mg

But it depends on how weak or stronger the ecig is, how much someone vapes, how irritating the liquid is (nicotine is a skin irritant, especially in 100% PG - some Vg helps smooth that out), and just how it feels to their throat and habit. You want to find a level that gives you the amount of throat hit you want and satisfies your need without making you sick,

yep ive only had a few vapes of the actic cherry but its sooo nice. i can see now that i made a mistake trying to match the cigarette strength to the liquid strength so im gonna use up the 0.8 liquid i have in the evenings and then get some more grizjuice on order :)
