I cant seem to get myself to vape in the morning. This really isnt an issue since i am not smoking either. I just find it strange. When i was a smoker, i would brew a pot of coffee and grab a cig...coffee time=cig time. now i dont pick up the PV until im in the truck on my way to work.

Anyone else have this happen?

Also does anyone get that cigarette buzz from a PV?

by the way, im entering week 4 without an analog

I'm just the opposite of MotorCity. I usually vape 24mg Espresso w/ my Coffee (Yum), and then spike up to my 30-36mg juice the rest of the day.

Damn I'm stuck on this Bananas Fosters Coffee from Ms. T's right now. It makes almost anything else taste blah! :)

The 24mg stuff get's me going enough to be content while I'm waking up.
Vape NIC buzz is a different buzz than Analog NIC buzz for me. Analogs were quick on/quick off, where as Vape it doesn't come on as strong, but it get's stronger than then the analog buzz, and hangs around a lot longer. (Of course that could be that I go through chain vaping periods, cause that juice tastes so good!)

Yeah, it's strange. Sometimes I come back to my office at work, pick up my Prodigy after it's been laying there for an hour or more and... OBOY, NOW THAT'S A HIT!!!

Maybe it just happened to wick up the perfect amount of juice, probably it tastes stronger because you haven't vaped for a while. Or maybe it's just a mystic PV kinda thing. :)

Got no idea why you don't have the urge, as I still hit my Espresso flavor hard with that first cup of coffee, daily! :)

But, just go with it, as long as your off the analogs, you are purifying your body on a daily basis. (Who knows how long it takes to fully purge all the carcinogens that Big Tobacco flooded your body/lungs with over the years!) .......s! LOL

I notice some times during the day, I'll get busy, and not vape for an hour or so, and I don't get the huge cravings, that I always had for my "next" analog! Maybe others know a bit more on the metabolic absorption of nicotine from vaping compared to analogs. Maybe the absorption is longer term, and the NIC stays in your system longer?

I do know for me, if I smoked an analog in the old days, five minutes before sleep, I went right to sleep. If I vape right before bed, I lay there for like 20 mins at times.. :) So, for me, I'm like a small kid w/ the "no liquid" rule an hour before bed. I taper my vaping off just before sleep time.

Seems to me like the juice in my PV concentrates overnight, so the first few hits in the morning are stronger than usual. I like it!

Haha - that is too funny because the same is true of my PV and juice. :)

I remember when I first started using a PV, I talked with igetcha about how to fill my carts properly - syringe, cart mod, etc. - you know, which method was best. :p I told him I noticed that if I fill my cart after I vape, so it is ready for the next time, I seemed to get better throat hit and an overall better vaping experience. :D So, that is still how I roll some 8 months later!

I used to have my first cigarette of the day usually in the late morning or early afternoon -- now I vape while I'm still in bed, some mornings! So I've gotten earlier with it....

The regular cigarette buzz, for me, was something full-body, goosebumps-on-the-scalp, both relaxing and stimulating.
The e-cigarette buzz is only stimulating - nicotine alone is not relaxing. It's not the same expansive buzz. (I'd try enhancing it with more nicotine, but I can't vape higher than ~16mg or my heart races like crazy. Too much at once. I'm a chain vaper.)

Actually, I'd be really disappointed with the e-cig buzz except that it's a perfect way to keep my hands busy with a cig-like thing that produces "smoke". Also, when I smoke an analog now, I don't get that rush anymore, it's strange. E-cigs have ruined the analog buzz for me. I don't resent 'em for it ;)

I'm the same way! I was so hard-core I would light up a cig in the middle of the night if I had to go to the bathroom. A cig in the morning first thing when I woke up, before brewing the coffee even! Since quitting the urge is gone. I don't vape first thing in the morning most days. I just look at it and it just doesn't appeal. I have to have my coffee first. I vape a lot the rest of the day/evening but can't seem to do it first thing in the morning. Which is kinda shocking to me to tell you the truth! :D

nice feedback. maybe i'll order some stronger juice. the largest i have now is 24mg...

now as for this lack of a desire to vape in the morning. Thoughts?

I will be contrarian here. I don't see why it can be a bad thing to not vape in the morning. I don't see how using 36 mg or more will help you: you do not need help (unless you smoke in the morning ?).

If your long term goal is to stop vaping then you are a good candidate. I think the way you vape in the morning will have a strong influence for the rest of the day.

If you feel no urge to start vaping soon in the morning then maybe you could reduce your mg level during the remainder of the day and became even less dependant on nicotine. Some people need strong juices, some don't. I'm at 10mg and sometimes even less.

I agree 100%! The only way I could cut down on smoking (before vaping, of course) was to force myself not to smoke until after noon. Nothing wrong with spending LESS money and ingesting FEWER chemicals, right?

Less is more--more money, more juice, more atomizer lifespan, more battery lifespan. Keep it up!
