MV now has this box mod project. What the big diff or advantage of this? Other than the reg 1 AA box mod. How is it better? Thanks

It includes the mosfet so you can use that neat little switch. Long overdue. Thanks Hoogie. Is the mosfet listed by itself?

They had reasonably good instructions in the newsletter they just sent out; I'm sure it would be clearer if I had the parts in front of me.

Another difference of the mosfet is the ego type power over just a plain battery. Man, that thing is going to be so hard to solder though...looks like I will be waiting for the assembled boards...

Dang I've made two orders in the last two days and did not order this new kit. My wife hates MV so bad. She has never smoked and doesn't understand the difference between a 3.7, 5v or a vv mod. To her they are all an ego battery I bought 5 months ago. I only found MV two months ago and have made over ten mods. Now it time to go with the new mosfet.

Still don't see them listed separately though. He should probably just include them with the smaller switches, but I already have them... so they need to be separate or freebies.
+1 on the Wii mod! I was just thinking about that at work today when I saw a kid eating candy out of one. What size batt(s) do you use (or will fit)?

The thing is made to make a mod out of it. There is battery cover on the back that fits a 14500 that comes off. The front comes off to for easy access to but the switch and there is a hole at the top to put the connector. Also there is plenty of room to take two 14500's and make this a 5v or vv. There is also a PS move controller but it's one sold piece and not mod friendly.
