Since I bought a nicer mod, I wondered, with so many options, if some cartos made your device work harder to produce the same result. For example, dual coil, or single coil CE2, seem like they may do a good job with less juice from your mod... Mine was a pretty big investment for me, and I don't understand the electronics much yet. Thought I'd ask.

Would be worth it to spend a few extra bucks if it prolonged the life of your device. What are the most efficient options out there? I even saw something on a dual coil ce2, I think. Seems like, in theory, you could get more vapor in less time with something like this, thus battery and device last longer.

I thought I had it made when I bought a Provari, but now looking for the right tank, for example, for everyday use is even tougher than choosing the mod.

With a single battery boosted mod (or a single battery 3.7v mod) the least taxing on the battery is the highest ohm you can vape and enjoy. On a Provari 2.4-2.6 ohms probably lets you get the highest wattage possible without getting near the amp limit (this is true on a lavatube anyway), and will not be drawing as many amps on a wattage per wattage basis as a lower ohm atty/carto.

I personally don't enjoy the dual coils at the same ohm as the singles. They are in reality two anemic resistances in one device a 1.5 dual coil is just two 3ohm in one cartomizer....thats great at 5v but then your pushing over 3 amps which is a no go on the Provari/Lavatube style devices.

I vape VV, and you can see by my sig that I have some high end mods. I use standard resistance Boge cartos in a carto tank. Sweet, sweet, sweet... A tank will exponentially prolong the lifespan of your carto by keeping it wet all of the time. Most of my cartos last for weeks before they need to be replaced. You can choose from the liquinator, J tank, lil mama tank, Jonboy lavatank(hard to get), you can cut down a DCTank, or make your own from a 20ml syringe. They may look a little different, but they all work exactly the same way.
