Since the phrase "spends time" was in there, I can think of nobody who seems to spend more time helping out the new members. (Imagine if she had a tabulated document compiled so she could do quick copy-n-paste's?)

That's what I used to do back when I patrolled the New Members subforum.
Sadly, now I'm a dinosaur that is happy just dripping and doesn't know nothing about all this new-fangled equipment.
So I have become rendered pretty much useless when it comes to helping newbies now.
Boodle is always very helpful

There are Many members who go out of their way to help people here on the ECF. I am Glad to see their names mentioned in this thread.
But there is one member who deserves a Very Special Shout-Out. Not just for the sheer volume of question answered. But for the in-dept explanations and broad range of knowledge.
I think the ECF should create a Special Member Status and bestow it on this member for the Relentless approach to helping people with question.
I would say more but my finger has started to cramp from doing so many Multi-Quotes.
I saw this thread as I was sitting down to pm both hairball and dormouse, telling them how helpful I find them both. I think this is a wonderful idea. I will have to give my vote to hairball and a honorable mention to dormouse.
Actually, there is. If using Firefox there's an add-on called 'Text Area Cache' that will auto save your replies (for any forum, etc.) for up to a week. It comes in real handy for forums that don't offer an auto-save feature (like ECF now does), however ECF's only saves the last text you typed.
Dormouse, i have been helped on the newbie forum, but I also gotta give a shout to Hoosier who has helped me in the pm department, and ask the veterans, he has lots of patience for us new kids too!
WOW DC2 just let me know about this! I had no idea this was going on. And thank you all!! My fiance wants to know if this will help me clean up my mess of liquid bottles and other ecig stuff and I think it will help a lot! Thanks so much!
