Most reliable larger capacity delivery systems that still have great flavor? Atomizers vs Cartomizers.

I would like to start off by saying I don't mind learning and doing maintenance on my gear one day a week like on Sunday but I want Monday-Saturday to be just change batteries and load up for the day with little or no fiddling around with it.

I don't want to be a hobbiest or collector but a power user.

I am guessing the most reliable larger capacity system is going to be a carto tank but I have read where others have had problems and I have had one of my own. I had my first bad carto, I changed it and things cleared up.

I have tried a clero but it was a disaster with flooding, I don't want to ever deal with a huge flooding problem like that again.

I am curious about the 6 day reliability of tank Atomizers, I can work on it on Sunday. I know that a cartomizer has an atomizer in it but I mean one not in a cartomizer.

What I want to know if what I will have is the most reliable system

On the power side of things I think what I have coming will be good enough for my needs. I have a Provari on the way.

The tank I have coming is from Vaperfextion. I want to use ikenvape cartos if I can get my hands on them.

Are there any tank atomizer systems that will have better reliability (no fiddling M-S)?

How about the Killer 705, does it require much fiddling?

How about the other rebuildables.

My goal is to have the best balance between taste, battery runtime, capacity, in a system that I will not have to do any fiddling with 6 days a week. I will work on it on Sundays.

I am not looking for a hobby but instead looking for good vaping.

No matter what you use you will likely need some fiddling more than one day a week. I have had carto's go bad in as little as 2 days. I have used clearo's that went bad in a few hours. It happens. Carto lifetime is usually 4-7 days. I have heard of them lasting longer though never experienced it.

Best thing I have used to date is the Kanger ProTank. Easily changed heads, easy to refill and great flavor. As a plus it looks superb on a ProVari.

I'll second the Protank recommendation. If you're looking for no fuss and no muss and aren't as happy with cartotanks then the Protank fits the bill. The heads are a little more expensive than cartos but not prohibitively so. And if you decide to use your Sundays to fiddle with your vaping gear you can rebuild the coils in them making the Protank cost effective indeed.

Wow, it seems everyone has a different experience with gear. I got a Kanger ProTank and it flooded and leaked worse than anything I have tried to date. It was a disaster.

I think I got a lemon and ordered another one to see if what I got was a lemon.

I have 2 and had no issues at all. I loved them so much I ordered 2 more. Gonna start playing with rebuilding the heads soon as I need to change one. Been 2 weeks and I haven't had to change the head in either one of mine yet.

But yes you are right there have been some people that had issues with leaking. Lemons will happen now and then.

The only thing I've heard about the kanger pro tank is that it produces a cooler vape and it loud. I've never used one. I like a boge 3 ohm carto at 5.6 when it's working good.

Yes it does produce a cooler vape than anything else I tried. I actually like the cooker vape myself though. It's not for everyone.

I'm really liking the protank too, I haven't had any flooding issue I've even been removing one of the extra wicks. it's a little airy on the draw but I'm used to genesis tanks so it doesn't bother me. the only problem I've ran into is that I've blown through 2 heads in 72 hours again not a big deal because they look pretty easy to re-wick

No more tanks of any style for me. My 2 cents:

If you are looking for the most hassle-free way to vape, get a good feeder and use an atty. I like a lot of different attys, but here's what's on the desk in front of me right now:

REO mini with a Cisco aero - REO VVW with a 2.5 ohm Cisco 306 - and my notcigs VVPV with a 2.0 ohm Cisco hh.357.

I've read reviews about the Kanger saying the draw is so airy on them it's nearly impossible to vape. Can anyone second this or dismiss these claims as false?

I don't find it to be too airy to vape. I do think that the draw is a bit airy though. One thing I do to help with this is take a small piece of tissue roll it up and hold it on one of the vent slits as I screw it onto my device. This blocks off one of the air flow vents and tightens up the draw a bit. Doesn't look so pretty with tissue sticking out of it but it works wonderfully.

yep, everyone has a different experience.
It kind of depends on what you master.

For me, once i started using a genesis atomizer, I haven't looked back.

Getting a coil to last a month is no problem.
Really I have never worn one out.

If I use my Panasonic batteries (cgr18650ch), I can charge one a day and it never gets low enough to affect my vaping experience.
Fill my tank and I'm good.

I have 3 full novas and 2 mini novas that I rotate between. I can last for a veryyyyy long time without having to clean any of them tbh. If I feel that one needs cleaning, it takes literally less than 5 minutes to rinse the thing down and place the head in isopropyl alcohol (the 91% version with water being the only inactive ingredient) overnight.

I'm pretty hands free at this point, but I have ordered a protank and have been experimenting with rewicking the Novas and a recently bought AGAT2 just for fun. But if you're looking for a hands free monday-saturday, just get a couple of reliable tanks and rotate them throughout the week. I don't think you'll find a single tank that will consistently last a week on every clean. Plus, if you have multiple tanks, you can rotate between flavors at will.

Do you think you'll want to tinker with a RBA? The Terminator C is a large capacity tank, very easy to rebuild once you get the hang of it. Plus, with stackable tanks you'll be getting in almost 10 ml of juice (although it uses them FAST). Terminator-C R/A Tank Coils last me 15 to 20 days depending on how much I vape.

Another vote for the protank they are easy to clean, I just clean mine with hot water after a tank-ful and reload. I'm still using the original heads after a couple weeks with the same great performance. I have 4 of them and no lemons, although I have noticed they will flood if I leave one with a little bit of liquid in it sitting on its side overnight, not to big a deal.
