As a long time motorcycle rider (30+ years) and a Harley owner...this sounds like a strange idea. It's gonna look odd too.
Just put it in your front vest pocket. Take a puff when needed and roll on.

agree wit snicks, i ride a superglide, egot with a cart on top in shirt/vest pocket works just fine.

i ride a roadstar with a harley full fairing i just stuff mine in the windshield bag and grab it if i need it.
or like has been said in a vest pocket( mine has an inside pocket) pocket or jacket pocket.

I always have a vest on. I usually have disposables in the inside chest pocket that I can reach. I won't use my mods while riding. The disposables are for a quick hit and back into my pocket. If I drop it, I'm not out a wad of cash.
