i used to work in restaurants...i don't measure anything!

i just add a few drops to a tank and see what happens. then go from there.

iirc, we determined that a shot is 2%. Mowgli can correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe that is the general consensus here. however, if you look at James thread, he implies that it is 5%. i think Mowgli is closer to the truth (says the guy who all of his first batches of juice @20 -22 %. )

i make them @ 16 to 18%. 16 being a 2 shot juice and 18 a 3 shot.

I am really curious to know what kind of volume they do. My guess is that they are the largest U.S. juice vendor, or maybe second just behind Johnson Creek.

I have seen pictures of the Hangsen production facility in China, and it looks fully automated to me.

I think MBV is the likely highest volume liquid dispensary in the US. and they have quite a few employees.

I'm thinking of giving MBV another try and I also want some more Vanilla butternut. I wasn't super pleased with my last order. It was my first time trying the 80VG ratio and I did NOT like it. None of it wicks well and the flavor is definitely muted. The Blue Moo in particular was very harsh on my throat. The other juices I got were actually ok, but its kinda weird the blue moo just hurts my throat. Otherwise, it smells pretty good. Solar Flare tastes like orange bubble gum, not really a fan of it. The butterscotch was also weird... like.. I dunno... felt like it was missing something. My friend got butterscotch once and it tasted a lot better than what I got. I got 4 flavor shots in almost all of them too, my taste buds are shot so I need it.

Try a few less flavor shots and maybe another volt or watt.

I was wondering if there is a big difference between Pina Colada and Ocean Breeze? I definitely taste coconut and pineapple in Ocean Breeze. Not sure what else though. Also is Freckled Lemonade a good juice? I got a strawberry juice from somewhere else that didn't even taste like strawberry! It tasted like candy watermelon. I was not pleased.... LOL Please let me know!

Freckled Lemonade is good - my daughter and I both like it. Did you try the Afternoon Delight? We got a bottle as a sample a couple of months ago. My daughter thought it was too sweet for her, and gave it to me. I got a nice combination of pineapple and coconut when I was vaping it, and I did not find it too sweet. We have not tried the Ocean Breeze or Pina Colada - yet.

Pineapple and coconut is the recipe for Pina Colada, but you didn't call it that. I'm guessing because it didn't taste like it, so what does it taste like? You've got me curious.

Freckled Lemonade is good but it's light on strawberry and heavy on lemonade...I think that's why it's called Freckled Lemonade and not Strawberry Lemonade.

For me, and what my taste buds recognized, Afternoon Delight was a very nice combination of pineapple and coconut. You are right, that describes a Pina Colada. It's been so long since I have had one, I did not think of that. All I could think of is that we have not tried MBV's version of Pina Colada. As I recall, for me, the Afternoon Delight was a bit heavier on the pineapple than the coconut, but I could taste both. It was very enjoyable.

The free sample of caramel coffee was actually pretty good, I liked it more than some of the other stuff I got. Strawberry shortcake was the best out of what I got. Still working on the rest lol, I might just give them to my friend.

This time I will go with 65/35 or 50/50 ratio as well as 3-5 shots depending on the juice. Does anyone like the Mango Tea or Rainbow sherbet? What's better, creme de menthe or white ice? Also, should I get caramel candy or butter toffee? Is the coconut cream pie really as bad as the reviews say?

MBV's Caramel Candy is my #1 - I use it as a mixer for coffee, cinnamon roll, and dutch apple pie.

Sidebar: I just received my sample of bananas foster - OMG awesome!!! Right out of the envelope and it blew my socks off!

Dutch Apple Pie did the same thing - fantastic!

These last 2 are so good, I'm barely touching my previous ADV (coffee + caramel).

I haven't tried afternoon delight yet. The picture has coconut, pineapple and banana. I am really not too found of banana but I kinda taste it subtly in Ocean Breeze. I figured it would be more banana flavor if they show it in the picture. Maybe I am wrong LOL
