Hello,

Just tried ordering some juice from Mt. Baker Vapor and was unable to complete the checkout through their website. So I called them and they told me that Utah passed new law and they won't ship their anymore.

Since I have not heard of any new Utah law that say's you can't order online, I decided to order from another retailer and had no problem at all. And yet again I was able to order from a third one without issue.

So my question is, are they possibly mistaken? Or perhaps the other shops just were not yet aware of this so-called new law.

Read some stories on google news. It appears a tax and other regulations have been proposed by Utah legilators but that is all. If I lived in Utah and wasn't able to move I'd want to get a bunch of nic in the freezer while that is still easy to do. A 1 liter bottle of 100mg nic has the same amount of nicotine as the smoke of 5,000 packs of cigarettes for a cost of $50.

It's perfectly legal to order on line in Utah.

The 2015 bill was passed in an amended form. The 2016 legislation was defeated.
There are however labeling & child proof/tamper proof requirements that must be met.
