I start out by listening to "Eye of the Tiger." Then I eat a Lemonheads candy while I chug water. I stretch out my hamstrings and prime the carto. Apply a generous coating of lip balm.... Then, it's GO time.

Well...actually they don't get chapped...I throw on some parachute pants and a half-shirt..grab my fannypack of vapeables and have Chrissy dump Everclear on me as we blare theme music from Flashdance and I run in place like I'm being chased by the IRS...(After Eye of the Tiger of course)
