Thank you. I don't do dr.s much either. I can't remember the last time I took antibiotics before this- but a stoopid coworker got all of us sick with the resp. infection...and that was the beginning! I am turning to homeopathy because the doctor has given up and wants me to see a specialist and even with insurance seeing a specialist- that's $1,000 before the insurance kicks in and I don't want to go there. $1,000 is a lot of money. :(

Referring to some of the food talk lol -
Red Robin is pretty awesome, my fav is their shroom burger, yum!!!

Subway is stingy on meat now too, more than they used to be when I used to get subway as a kid lol - so now sometimes I get double meat. I'm not surprised they would be stingy with the avocado, in the commercial it looks like there is a TON of avocado on her sandwich, but that's just a commercial. If I saw they were only putting on a very small amount, I would probably just ask for extra. Sometimes they charge for extra stuff, sometimes they don't....

LOL that falafel orbit commercial is hilarious.....I've never eaten a falafel before, but that commercial cracks me up. He answer the phone "falafel" lol Stupid but funny....

No one else is with me on trying that new diary queen blizzard?? Looks like a dream come true - lol. It's called the Candy Shop Blizzard... Blizzard of the Month - Dairy Queen

I get a discount at the local Subways, so ordering extra meat doesn't add too much to my price, what I usually do is get the $5 ham, and have them add pepperoni. Adds a nice zing to it.

I've had a few falafel in past. Done right it's great.

I *wish* I could easily eat DQ. Damned lactose. Lactaid can mostly help, but can't always remember to have it on hand.

Past that, I grew up in Europe and got exposed to a lot of foods early on. I can eat most anything and everything handed to me. I love spice, but I'm not into super hot tho. I want the flavor spice, not the painful spice/peppers.

Tiny be well hon (hugs) For some relief a simple hot steam bath will temporally help.
If you use a Neti pot use only distilled waters, Google to see why it's too gross to post.
Yogi tea has many kinds of tea for the sickies and can be bought at most supermarkets.
Cold Weather & Winter Teas | Yogi Tea
Cold Season & Breathe Deep my faves
Try to sleep propped up for better rest and please get a lot of it.... (Another hug)
