• Need help from former MFS (MyFreedomSmokes) customers

    Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

Thanks to our lovely E-Commerce Provider it appears we were experiencing issues with our check out page during the past couple of days.

I have taken this up with them and the issue has been resolved (supposedly). Only a couple of people reported experiencing issues... but there were a fair amount of abandoned carts. Given that we've been marketing hard on both ECF and google over the past few days... you can imagine I'm very upset!

I am hoping all issues are resolved, and in testing it seems that they are!

You should be able to track those who abandoned their cart by e-mail. Maybe if you send an e-mail to each, explaining your "growing pains". It may not bring them all back, but it might get some.

Or do a newsletter about it.

E-mails explaining the issues went out to people that visited our site last night. Hopefully, it won't be a negative reflection on us. A newsletter isn't a bad idea. ;)

Well I had issues with the checkout but it didn't scare me off!! Anxiously awaiting my samplers so I can try em ALL!! A very Happy Easter to you and your family, LeDean... and all the ECFers :cool:


Yes I know it was the issue with the page refreshing over and over and over again when you were trying to submit an order.

It was happening intermittently and only sometimes. Very strange! What got under my skin was the people who host our website said they knew about the issue 'a few days ago' and that the it staff 'said they fixed' but 'apparently not.'

I was like... 'okay.... so you didn't think to notify your customers of this issue?' I mean an ecommerce site that doesn't accept orders is like a cow that doesn't make milk.

Anyways, everything should be resolved now I'll just have to keep an awfully close eye on it.
